meant2be events. 30 days of Inspiration. green & brown nature wedding
In honor of my most favorite mother {my own} I created a design board inspired from one of her very own paintings! My brother and I inherited her eye for color and creativity. My brother makes sculptures and paints like her, I create beautiful events inspired by my client's vision for their most important moments in life.
I pulled the painting from her blog Utopia Art Studios.
Thank you mamasita for being my best friend, the most amazing mother, and biggest fan! Love you!

meant2be events: 30 days of inspiration: argentina inspired yellow and light blue wedding
Today, I was inspired by the Argentinian Flag to create a feminine design with a little bit of structure with the stripes and geometrical patterns. The Argentinian flag is made up of two soft blue stripes with a vibrant yellow sun in the middle. The logic behind my design was through my husband.
He is from Argentina and he inspires me everyday, so I thought why not create a wedding board around my number one inspiration?!
I wanted to have a pop of yellows in the mix of periwinkle blues with a few dahlias thrown in there to emulate the sun textures represented in the Argentinian flag.
It turned out very soft and romantic and I am digging it! Or shall I express my feelings in Spanish? Me lo encanta este proyecto!
Ciao!

meant2be events: 30 days of inspiration: mcqueen & adler inspired
Well look who's birthday it is- mine of course course!! My absolute most favorite things at the moment all wrapped up into one design board. We have all the golden goods!
I love, love, loves chocolate covered strawberries and what's better to pair them with than to pop some bubbly like Perrier Jouet? My favorite fabulous designers out there: Alexander McQueen and Jonathan Adler. Can't help but drool over Alexander McQueen gold clutch and the quirky Jonathan Adler place card holders perfect for a dinner with personality! The Z Gallerie mirror and Designer8 Sofa show off a mix of modern and antique lines that I love to showcase in my own home.
Throw in some white tulips and fireworks because everyone deserves their favorite flowers and bunches of fireworks on their birthday!!
Let's Party!!

meant2be events. 30 days of inspiration. red & blue wedding
This design board created was inspired by the only Maritime Museum I have been to - in San Diego.
Every time I have traveled to our sister beach, I have to go to Anthony's. It's a restaurant right on the rocky beach near Mission Bay. They have the best view of the ocean- ok, maybe not the best. But its a comforting experience because I have be going to Anthony's since I was a kid!
Right along that block you can find the ferry that will take you to Coronado Island {a must see} and...
Next to that is a gigantic boat that is actually a Maritime Museum.
Thank you to all of those men and women thru all the years that have served to defend our liberties!

real wedding: meant2be events & sanctuary resort
Margerie and Golden are so sweet and spunky with such fun personalities where they mesh so well together that it only makes sense how crazy they are about each other. Their wedding was truly a blast for each and every guest that attended their big day.
Their day started out incredibly sweet and ended with a bang. Their heartfelt ceremony brought all of the crowd to tears as they both choked up during their touching vows to one another. Then after they tugged at everyone's heart strings and said, " I do", they put on their dancin' shoes. Actually more like their dancing, hula-hooping, jenga-playing, croughnut-eating, caricature-posing, corn hole-throwing shoes! You did in fact read that right. They had Lawn Jenga, Corn Hole, Hula Hoops, a Caricature artist, and Croughnuts on top of their fun music, French brunch, and picnic baskets their guests could enjoy full of bread, champagne and games.
No matter which activity their guests took part in, they had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone loved every moment of their special day. Margerie and Golden had a blast, too, totally ruling the hoola hoop contest. It was definitely a grand ol' time that we will surely never forget!
From Margerie:
Meant2beevents was hands down the reason our wedding was as our guests said, "the best wedding we've ever been to!". I had been watching Meant2be on FB for over a year as I was impatiently waiting for my then boyfriend to propose. I knew that when the day finally came that Regina and her team at Meant2be events would be my absolute first and only choice for a wedding planner. Their attention to detail and the uniqueness of their designs drew me in from the very start and the absolutely amazing service they provided throughout the whole process reiterated the reason we chose them.
From the very beginning Regina was there for every question, idea and bride induced panic I had. She never once made me feel crazy or like a burden for constantly reaching out to her. She had an answer for everything and made me feel like I was always her only client. She is experienced as they come and works with top quality vendors. Both our DJ and Photographer were referred by her and they definitely added to our amazing experience on our day.

Every detail we wanted was created by Regina and her team.
We wanted our day to be more of a celebration than a typical wedding and we walked away with that exact feeling. The day was FLAWLESS! We received so many compliments from guests on how wonderful everything was. My bridesmaids even mentioned that they had never been involved in a wedding that ran so smoothly. We were all stress free that day aside from my own wedding jitters. If you are looking for a planner who is professional, creative, has the best team and vendors in addition to being a cool girl then TRUST ME , hire Meant2beevents for your next event. .
We can't thank Regina and her team enough for making our vision come to life. I will always look back at pictures and be so grateful for such an amazing day to start our lives together. Thank You Meant2be Events.
